Guide to logging into NielsenIQ platforms

Single Sign-On (SSO)

First, determine if your company has Single Sign-On. If so, entering your email on the NielsenIQ login page, you will now be re-directed to your local identity tool to authenticate. Check with your IT department if you have any questions.

Standard Logins

You should receive a one-time email from NielsenIQ to register your account (similar to below) - click the activation link to set new password / security question;

1. Check your email (including junk/spam folders) for an activation email from notifications@nielseniq.com

If you have multiple activation emails, use the most recent one. Do not share this email; it is personal to you.

Open the activation link

Complete the entire registration process (including security questions) until you receive an activation confirmation message

Once you see the Login information updated page, you may log in using your new credentials.
